Dearest readers, I just wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas! I hope you are enjoying the holidays or spending your time as desired. This year we are taking it easy. As you are reading this I am probably just hanging out with my younger sister and talking about the latest Hannibal episodes she saw, my mom will be busy cooking all kinds of delicious food for us (I might go bother her every now and then), and my dad will be chillaxing on the couch and probably offering the bf to try one of his new whiskies. What does Christmas look like at your place?
I figured I could share some early Christmas gifts that I have received (perhaps if you need some post-Christmas goodies). Last year I shared a couple of photos of candles, because I really like the ambiance that candles have during Christmas. The year before that I think I shared my Bobbi Brown goodies! And this year I will share some goodies with you again!
A shop that I love visiting is The Body Shop. Not only do they offer wonderful butter creams, but you can also find gorgeous makeup collections for daily wear and special collections for the holidays. If you are still looking for some sparkles, then it might just be a nice and affordable option! I bought a very sparkly pink blush there and I look forward to sharing that one with you soon. This pretty package contains "White Musk" hand cream, body lotion, nail polish and some samples.. but the store is filled with gift boxes during the holidays. There is so much to choose from :)
If you still want to make your significant other feel extra special, then the Skiny Bodywear Christmas collection might be worth looking into. There is just something about sexy red underwear. It looks classy and sexy at the same time. It does not really remind me of Christmas, so this kind of a gift is welcome all year round, ha ha. This 2 Pack gift costs €20 for two thongs or €25 for two regular panties. How do you feel about receiving underwear for Christmas? Oh, did you know my mom decided to buy me sexy lingerie for Christmas once.. and I had to open that in front of my dad... well, that was awkward.
If you want to give (or receive) something that is not related to beauty or clothing, then perhaps food will appeal to you! I never knew tomatoes could look this luxurious until I saw them in the newly designed gift box by Elvea! I am sure that anyone who loves to cook would be thrilled to receive such a gorgeous looking food package. It contains four tomato products: tomato paste, passata, pealed tomatoes, and yellow tomatoes. You can get the box at the Elvea Pop-Up Boutique open until February 2016 in the Shopping Stadsfeestzaal of Antwerp!
Well, there you have it: this year's early Christmas gifts! What did you wish for and what have you gotten for Christmas this year? How did you celebrate it? All and all, I hope you have/had a wonderful time surrounded by loves ones ... Happy Holidays!
