Blogging Tips & Tricks

Ever since I read that nRelate is stopping its services I became a bit sad. I have been using nRelate almost since the start of my blog for my related posts and I had absolutely no complaint whatsoever. However, after the end of 2014 it will be no more.

That is why I am sharing this atypical article with you all today. I am sure I am not the only user of nRelate wondering what to do. I looked around the Web, hoping to find something that was just as customizable and just as handy to work with. There were a couple of companies out there offering the same services, but I really do not like how their related posts widgets look. Coming across Engageya.com appeased me somewhat. I still have not found something as great as nRelate, but then again.. I doubt I ever will. It feels irreplaceable, but Engageya seems reasonable enough.

It gives you more customizable options than nRelate and you can even connect your Facebook page and other sites with it, so your readers will engage with you even more. You can use it on WordPress, Blogger and any Javascript platform. It only needs about 30 minutes to fully implement into your blog and voila, it will start relating your different posts to one another. So far it is not as great as relating articles as nRelate was, but I remember it took some time for nRelate as well.

Oh, also important. It is a free service! I have been using Engageya.com for over a week now. I had a couple of questions and the customer service was really quick to respond and very helpful. It was very strange for me to switch (I mean, you get used to and become dependable of certain services) but I am pleased with it so far, so if you, too, are in need of a related posts widget, then be sure to take a look at this one! So far so good!! Have you been using nRelate too? Or do you use something else? If so, make sure you switch to another widget before the end of the year!

disclaimer: this is a referral link connected to my account, ensuring my readers will get a better exchange of related posts!

  6. I've tried one of these related post widgets before! I don't remember where I got mine from, but it stopped working after a couple days :( so I'll definitely give this a try and see how it works out with my blog! Thank you for sharing! <3
