Another fun thing to look forward to when it is autumn, is that you can start thinking about the upcoming spring and summer collections during the Press Days! After having seen a tremendous amount of new collections, here are some that I find interesting enough to share with you!
The jewelry on the picture below is part of the handmade Belgian brand "Be" by 22-year old Magali Pinchasi. Her collection consists of unique (literally, because they can be handmade to your wishes) and colorful bracelets, necklaces with initials (up to three initials can be added) and quotes. These quotes can also be found on the bracelets. Some quotes are: "Demon at Night", "You Only Live Once" and "Always toast before a shot", so the brand seems really young and like lots of fun.
On the second picture you have Skin Jewel Tattoos as seen on Beyonce and other celebs. It is very stylish looking and I can understand why. It reminds me of henna, but it is golden so looks even classier but still exotic. It is also fun, because it is a temporary tattoo (it stays on for about three to seven days) that can be fun for special events (not something I would wear on a regular day - but that does not mean I would not want to!). Then there is this beautiful and edgy necklace by Twice As Nice. The whole collection is beautiful, especially the rose gold colored jewelry, but this necklace I just had to share with you. I might just put this on my wish list!!
Tutu Chic is a Belgian brand by Freya Poppe with lots of feminine and bright colors. Go here to read an extended introduction to this brand. I think the clothing by Tutu Chic are always so pretty to look at, so I must share it with you as well. It has simpler creations as the shirt above, but more outspoken and extravagant items as well! As a food lover I must share food pictures with you as well. Have you heard of Sal de Ibiza? I tried the cajun cashews and the actual salt (as the name is linked with salt) and both have been great! I especially like the packaging of these products. They look so fancy and I just love that color. It reminds me of the Mediterranean... gosh, wish I was back there.
I have been noticing lots of colorful prints in several spring and summer collections and I am loving this. Though I do not wear lots of print myself, I do love seeing it. Especially in dresses and bags, because those I would buy myself - sooner than prints on jeans or jackets. Here are a couple of great examples above: the whole collection by Caroline Biss has soft and summery prints on them that make you stand out without screaming for attention. The beautiful bag, the second photo, by TopVintage caught my eye straightaway. I love the classic shape of the bag and the modern touch by adding - what it seems like - a painting as the print. This brand sells clothing and accessories that look like you stepped out of the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s or 1960s. I usually do not go for vintage clothing, because very often you get them at thrift shops and I am no fan of those.. but I am certainly interested in TopVintage even if it is a webshop! NafNaf always has cute and girly clothing, but this jacket stood out to me as being more sophisticated and mature, so I thought I should show the diversity of this brand!

Whenever I see the collection by Guess I always end up liking one of its bags of a pair of its shoes. This brand always creates beautiful designs and the one above is no different. It looks so classy and I could always use a small bag! Roeckl was a brand I did not know before, but it creates accessories such as gloves and hats (both are seen above) and they appealed to me because they looked classy and vintage with a modern touch.
Now let us look at some beauty brands. Yves Rocher has a gorgeous holiday (well, I am associating it with the holidays because it is so darn sparkly) collection coming up for its bath and shower products. The shower gel below looks so beautiful and I must have it.. it is just so pretty and I do not mind sparkling a bit myself during the holidays (Edward-effect put aside)! BE Creative Make Up has gorgeous products for the warmer seasons, like the Paradise Quad, but also this salmon colored lipgloss below. Sabine Peeters is a make up artist who has collected photos, beauty tips and tutorials in one book to guide her readers with beauty. I love make up and beauty books, so I am very curious about this one as well!
Here you have some interesting and unique accessories: Theo eyewear has funky glasses and sunglasses. I think that if you can pull off one of these glasses, then you will look incredibly hip. Angular is yet another young Belgian brand, but this brand creates its products by using 3D printing. How amazing is that?! The ring, third picture, created by Atelier 11 contains some sort of horse or unicorn and it just reminded me of a fairy tale. This seems like a great ring to wear, because it is so special yet not too bold.
Well, that was the first part of the SS15 Press Days. What do you think of the different brands and type of products that I have chosen? I tried to be as diverse as possible and only wanted to share with you what really caught my attention. Now it is your turn. Out of this overview, what caught your eye? What are you looking forward to?
