My mom bought me a dress. Bless her. The dress was so not my thing (oh, it came as a suprise, btw). It reminded me a bit of a garbage bag, but then in a bright yellow-green color. It also had weird flaps around the chest area that was not to my liking. But you know, bless my mom.. for she buys me clothing.
Because she was so kind to do so, I wanted to wear this dress, anyways. I found that the color of the dress matched quite nicely with maroon-purple shades and I just happened to have a comfy sweater in that color! I put on my high heels (mind you, I only do this in Belgium when I know I can sit my butt down the whole time) and awkwardly posed to have my pictures taken by Inez.
I wore this dress for dinner with Inez and Aurélie, but then I decided to eat garlic shrimps that had to be peeled and the oils and garlic juice decided to splatter little drops all over my dress. That was fun. Completely not intentional. Luckily, I was not too far from home, so I quickly dressed into something much more comfortable than a dress, namely pants. Yay pants.
Ah, a close-up for you as well. I really like these heels, because they are cute (Mary-Jane like shoes) and sexy at the same time. Also, they are not too uncomfortable to walk in (except if you live in, I don't know, Belgium). I have so many bracelets, yet I don't wear them often.. but here you go. Two nice bracelets I like to wear. God, gee, Natasja. You tell it with such delight. I have worn this dress twice.. and now by immortalizing it with a picture or two on my blog, I am sure my mother will be pleased. Does your mom buy you clothes as well without you even being there? And are you a pants-girl or skirt/dress-girl?
