Have you ever heard of Butter London? I had not. When my cousin sent me this beautiful looking nail polish for my NY beauty swap, I was more than willing to give it a try. The silvery purple-blueish color in the bottle looked so unique and fancy..
Not only was the color unique, but the cap itself is as well. If you scroll all the way below, you will see on one of the pictures that the cap is square. You can remove the square cap and then you have the brush with a round cap on! Two caps. The square cap you have to pull off, then the round one you rotate off. I had a bit of a hard time figuring this out.. so there you go. I made it easier for you. You're welcome.
Butter London is a British nail polish and make up brand that loves high couture and rock and roll colors to match the edgy and fashionable clothing of fashion designers. I like the sound of that. I sure do dig rock and roll! An even more important note: the nail polishes do not contain formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, phthalates or parabens. Yay! That makes our nails so much happier! This beautiful purple blueish silvery nail polish is called Lillibet's Jubilee and applies easily to the nails.
You only need one layer for those pretty nails, but, as usual, I like to go for two layers. The result is clear on the photos. The nail polish is so beautiful. It looks like foil and has metallic shimmer in it and a blue-purple shade to it as well, that just makes it so special. The nail polish remained on my nails for about four days without chipping, then after that I had a chip here and a chip there. I am really intrigued. I have taken a look at the Butter London site and it is filled with beautiful (metallic) nail polishes! Who knows, maybe I can get more in the future. The nail polishes are sold for about $15 or £12! Have you heard of Butter London before? What do you think of Lillibet's Jubilee?
