1-month Pilates Challenge

Making pilates part of my morning routine is on my Quarter Life Bucket List and I no longer have a reason to postpone it. I had already saved loads of youtube videos to my list, but it is such a bother to create a schedule. Luckily, a dear friend of mine and fellow blogger, Cathy, shared this wonderful website with me after she had read my bucket list.

Blogilates is all about motivating others to be healthy and exercise whilst having a community that can help you at the same time. Well, I do not know about the latter.. but I am certainly excited that they offer a beginner's calender that sets you up with a 4-week plan of daily exercises. 

Today I started with "day 1" and I have to say that it was tiring and tough. The video was very easy to follow and the instructor does motivate you to go on. A reason why I suck at exercising myself is that I give up too quickly, so this video definitely is a plus for me. Pff, only made me realize how out of shape I am, so I am glad I started. My body is tired now... must go sign off "day 1" and rest! 

Pilates has been around for a long time and it is one of my favorite ways to be healthier. What is yours?
